Gamer Bus FAQ
 
Q: What is the Gamer Bus refund/ cancellation policy?
A: The $100 deposit is
non-refundable, no exceptions
If you cancel more than 7 days in advance, 
we will carry it over to use when you reschedule your party to another available time slot. 
This is a courtesy we are extending to you at no extra fee.
Parties may only be rescheduled ONE TIME and must be in the same calendar year.
If you cancel less than 7 days from your party date then there will be an
ADDITIONAL NON-REFUNDABLE $100 rescheduling fee added to your total when you reschedule.

Q:  What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
Because all of our equipment is inside the unit, we can give you the perfect party rain or shine! 
Rain WILL NOT affect the experience we will provide for you! 
We will not cancel on you because of rain so please do not cancel on us last minute due to rain. 
Please plan accordingly and have a back-up plan for the rest of your party guests (parents, young kids, etc...)
who will be outside of the unit during the party. 
You may change locations at the last minute, if needed, as long as you are in the same city and we can still get to our next party on time.  We will do everything we can to help you still make your party a success.
All GamerBus units are temperature regulated with heat and A/C so it's perfect for any season.
The only time we would cancel due to weather is if it is unsafe to travel to you. 
For example, deep snow, excessively high winds, or slick and icy roads

Q: What is the Gamer Bus mobile gaming bus or truck age limit?
A: Everyone must be at least 6 years old to hold our controllers. 
Anyone under the age of 6 must also be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the unit.

Q: What is the service area of your Gamer Bus mobile gaming parties?
A:  All of Hampton Roads - Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Hampton, Newport News, Yorktown, Franklin, Carrollton, Williamsburg, Moyock, NC.

Q: What is Gamer Bus or our game trailers?
A: Our customized Gamer Bus and Game Trailers are a completely climate-controlled mobile environment giving you the best party in any season. Totally self-contained electricity, air conditioning, and heat. We do not need to plug in. All we need is a place to park at your birthday party, graduation party, church event, festival, summer camp field trip, or any gathering.

Q: How many Gamer Bus mobile gaming units do you have?
A: We have a total of 3 mobile gaming units. The GamerBus and two game trucks/trailers.  Our GamerBus stays in Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Va Beach only. The trailers are used in all cities. 

Q. What is the difference between the Gamer Bus and Game Trailer?
A. Only looks! 
They have the same systems, the same games, the same space to park, and hold the same amount of people. 
They even have the same wrap on the outside.

Q: What are the advantages of renting a mobile gaming truck?
A: We bring the ultimate interactive gaming experience to you!  Just need a place to park us, and we do all the rest.

Q: What video gaming systems do Gamer Bus, and the mobile gaming trucks have?
A: PS5, Xbox X, Nintendo Switch.

Q: What video games are on the mobile Gamer Bus and gaming trucks?
A: We stock all the latest multiplayer games on all of our mobile units.


Q: Does Gamer Bus provide cake, food, and drinks for video game parties? 
A: No food or drink is provided or allowed in the mobile units, however, a party at the gaming center comes with pizza, drinks, all of your GameOn-themed paper products, decorations, and water. You provide your own cake/cupcakes. No other outside food is allowed.  See our Game Center page for more information on center parties.

Q: How many kids can fit in the Gamer Bus or mobile gaming bus or trailer?
A: That depends on the games they choose to play.  We can game up to 20 if everyone plays 4-player games. 

Q: Does the Gamer Bus allow food and drinks in the mobile gaming bus or trailer?
A: No, the mobile units do not provide or allow any food or drink.

Q: Do we get to choose the video games for the party?
A: Yes, you may choose from any of the games in our library.

Q: Where does the Gamer Bus mobile gaming unit park?
A: We require a 50ft space to park. As long as it is on concrete, we are good to go.  Please note - 99% of the time, we will not go in your driveway for many reasons.
